Wow seriously loving the ai updates this week.

So much crazy cool shit happening.

The AI video is quite honestly blowing my mind, huge shifts in creative production.

I’m personally building an AI production division just focused on e-commerce brands.The team would be focused on 3 simple things AI production of graphics, photos and video.

Up to now I’ve been skeptical but what I’ve tested in the last few weeks is crazy.

Here is how I see it moving:

• Brand assets (think all images and raw videos of products) organised and categorised in an efficient DAM (digital asset manager) Google this if you have no idea what I’m talking about.

• Creative Strategists will build the avatar focused ideas for testing

• AI Creative Team will produce hundreds of assets across video, photo and graphics including Ai avatars at scale.

• Distribution Team will then put these organically across all the channels that matter for that brand. On a mix of owned brand channels and sub brand channels (per avatar) massively increasing day to day distribution and visibility.

• Amplification Team will then take any outliers and launch them across paid media channels meta and TikTok. PSA: Don’t test your creative with money, test it with the organic algorithms. Seriously, there has never been a better time for this strategy.

It’s fire. 🔥
