Hello, I can't believe I'm saying this but…. we have 7 weeks left until the end of the year!!

6 weeks left until Christmas. 🎄

Is it just me, or has this year absolutely flown by?

I'm deep in business vision and direction for 2026, which I always focus on in October and November.

Over the next two weeks, I will complete what is called my January letter. This is where I write a letter to myself for January 2027 explaining everything that happened in January 2026.

Every year I've done this, and I've been really crystal clear about what I'm trying to achieve, it's come true.

This isn’t my genius idea. It's come from someone I've worked with for a very long time, David Foster, who helps me take my crazy brain/ideas and turn them into a vision I can execute.

He always encourages me to slow the f*ck down, build the plan, and then I can run at lightning speed. So that's the phase I'm in right now.
